GA1 Testing

Dore Safety Services offers GA1 testing and certification in accordance with the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work Regulations of 2007 to 2020. Mike Dore of Dore Safety Services is a Lantra Qualified Lifting Equipment Inspector on lifting equipment, non-lifting equipment, and accessories (GA1), and having acquired an internationally recognized accreditation, our certification complies with all statutory requirements. We can test and certify a wide range of plant and machinery lifting equipment. The inspections include the equipment listed below:

  • Plant Machinery: Excavators, Forklifts, Teleporters, Dumpers, Backhoe Loaders, Rollers, MEWP, and more.
  • Lifting Equipment: Slings, Shackles, Chains, Wire Ropes, Lift Attachments, Winches, Harnesses, Lanyards, Precast lifting products, Chain Hoists, Lashing Equipment, Tie Down Chains and more.
  • Miscellaneous: Truck Mounted Cranes, Lift Shaft Beams, Marine Equipment, Hooks, Ladders, Drilling Rigs, Height Safety Equipment & Fall Arrest Systems, and many more.

Inspections occur semi-annually or annually, depending on the piece of equipment.
